“Under the spotlight” is the website section of Telecentre.org Foundation (TCF) that shares inspiring stories of members and partners through brief interviews.

In the fourth article under this series, TCF interviews the 5 winners of the TELEWISE Tip Contest that has been running in March 2012 on TCF’s Arabic, English, French, Russian, and Spanish community sites.
