PH International (PH), founded in 1985, is a non-profit organization with programs in the US, Russia, Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, Kazakhstan, and Turkey.
Our mission is to build a strong global community by fostering civic leadership, harnessing information technology, and facilitating cross-cultural learning.
PH International pursues this vision by conducting innovative programs across Eurasia and around the world that use online engagement, exchanges, practical skills development, and community coalition-building to support global collaboration, learning and leading.
PH focuses on four key areas in its work: information technology, educational development, professional development, and community development.
PH’s IT programs provide access to technology and internet, offer hands-on training for professional and community development, and facilitate online collabora-tion and knowledge-sharing.
In Eurasia, PH has grown networks of over 600 internet access centers and has facilitated in these networks over 50,000 free courses and seminars for students, community members, NGOs and local administrations.
