Malta Communications Authority (MCA) develops ICT literacy programmes and IT skills within the Maltese community at large.

MCA also develops Community Technology Learning Centres and prepare them to assist in the effective delivery of specialised courses for workforce transformation and employment opportunity creation.

MCA works closely with Microsoft Malta for their common commitment of creating a nationwide information society.
