For its 3rd anniversary in november 2012, Telecentre.org Foundation (TCF) wants all members of the regional community sites to take part in a collaborative anniversary video that shares everybody’s thoughts & ideas on Why Telecentres Make A Difference In The World.

Until September 30th, community members can upload a short video message (maximum 90 seconds) in English, French, Spanish, Russian or Arabic that states why they think telecentres make a difference in the world and sends an anniversary message to TCF.
