Research and Organizational Development Association (RODA) is non-governmental, non-profit organization, established in November 2006.
Our mission is to develop and increase competencies of citizens for active participation in the knowledge economy, with the special focus on socially excluded groups in the society.
RODA core intervention is the implementation of the Lifelong Learning Programme. The purpose of the Programme is the education and certification of the beneficiaries in the fields of information and communication technology (ECDL), English language (Cambridge Programme) as well as providing knowledge and skills in communication, representation, job application and other competencies required by current labor market in Bosnia and Herzegovina (Xpert Personal Business Skills Certificate).
