EOS Foundation Romania, in partnership with the Latvian Information and Communications Technology Association (LIKTA), the Serbian International Aid Network (IAN) and the Moldovan Alliance of Access to Information and Training Community Centers (AITCC), have developed a “Best Practice Guide” that can be useful to all telecentres in Europe.

The guide is an example of best practices and activities developed in the telecentre networks of Romania, Serbia, Latvia and Moldova and is addressed to all telecentre coordinators.
