The centres provide services of training and consultancy for about 300 settlements all over Moldova.

On 26 December 2007 AITCC was registered after it was founded by 47 centres. Goals: to contribute to the consolidation of the information society and to the sustainable development of civil society by reducing the digital divide phenomenon and by involving citizens in the decision making process.
