At the Conference on Innovation for Digital Inclusion, (Gdańsk, October 5-7, 2011) Lize De Clercq, Communications Manager at Telecentre-Europe AISBL has been acting as a conference rapporteur, covering 2 plenary sessions and 3 parallel workshops.
