Skillage is an online tool that helps young people to understand the more sophisticated ICT skills they need for the job market. Its initial development was supported financially by Microsoft. The tool is aimed at young people aged 16-24 and is available in 22 countries and 24 languages. It tests and informs the users of their ICT readiness for employment. Through a series of 15 questions Skillage will challenge the user to understand the areas they could improve upon, and the learning venues where they can get support to do so.
