Media literacy for the 21st century in Croatia

Media literacy for the 21st century is a partnership project, implemented by two vocational schools from Zagreb and Rijeka and Telecentar from Zagreb. The project has officially started on September the 21st, 2012 and will last one year.

The project’s funding is coming from the European Union Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA) established in 2006 for Croatia. It is primarily addressing the training needs of teachers of the first two years of the compulsory Vocational Education and Training (VET) programme for media technicians. The expected project results will include 3 multimedia toolkits for teaching and learning the basics of photography, audio & video.
