The mission of a non-profit organization Baltic Internet Policy Initiative is to strengthen democratic practices through strategic consulting, education and awareness raising in the field of digital media, digital literacy and inclusive digital transformation. Our current objectives are: to give citizens better opportunities to develop themselves as effective designers and participants of inclusive smart communities’ projects, to monitor balanced development of digital skills and digital services, and to foster community based lifelong inclusive non-formal and informal digital skills learning.
