Elitsa Hadzhieva is a Project Officer at ALL DIGITAL. She joined us in April 2022 and will work on several projects funded by Horizon and Erasmus+. Previously she had worked in the youth civil society sector in two big European youth networks: AEGEE-Europe and JEF Europe. She managed projects with big consortiums on the topics of the EU, European Elections, Conference of the Future of Europe and youth participation and engagement. Thanks to her experience there she had the chance to gain skills in project management, campaigning, policy & advocacy, non-formal education, and facilitation. Elitsa has a degree in Political Science from Sofia University in Bulgaria, and she is finishing her Master’s in European Integration and Diplomacy in the EU with a topic on youth participation and the EU Youth Dialogue.

Elitsa is very interested and passionate about topics like gender equality, violence against women, active citizenship, mental health, and inclusion. She speaks fluently Bulgarian as her native language and English as her first foreign one. In addition, she has a basic understanding of German and French.”
