Join in the third European Vocational Skills Week and Discover your Talent!
The European Vocational Skills Week, organised by the European Commission, is taking place in Vienna this year, from 5 – 9 November 2018. The Week provides a unique opportunity for education and training providers, civil society organisations, public authorities, business organisations and the broader public to come together and celebrate Vocational Education and Training (VET) as a smart choice, leading to excellence in education, high-quality jobs and increased employability.
A series of compelling meetings and workshops will take place in Vienna including a conference on the future of VET held by Cedefop, a foresight workshop by the OECD, an Awards Nominees Celebration and a fast-moving, fun and informative finale.
But that’s not all! Hundreds of events and activities will also be taking place across Europe from September through to December, as part of the Week. As we begin registration this year, we are seeing great examples coming through, from opening events to Employer’s Days plus a whole range of seminars and workshops. It would be great to have you involved!
