Your Role

As a Communication and Advocacy Junior Manager, you will: 

• Support advocacy and communication initiatives: Contribute to campaigns, policy briefs, and public statements that highlight All Digital’s positions on digital inclusion and education. 

• Monitor EU policy developments: Track relevant legislative files and debates and help prepare analysis and briefings for colleagues. 

• Create content: Draft articles, blogs, newsletters, social media posts, and advocacy materials that amplify All Digital’s voice. 

• Assist with events: Support the preparation and delivery of advocacy-related events, conferences, and campaigns. 

• Generate visibility opportunities: Identify speaking opportunities for the CEO and other senior representatives and help prepare impactful talking points and scripts. 

• Engage stakeholders: Maintain and update contact databases, and help strengthen relations with EU institutions, networks, and civil society partners. 

• Coordinate with teams: Work closely with project, communication, and membership colleagues to integrate evidence and results into advocacy and communication outputs. 

 

You will be coached by an experienced Advocacy Advisor and report to the Head of European Communications. 

Candidate Profile

We’re looking for someone who: 

• Is passionate about digital inclusion and eager to contribute to the EU policy debate. 

• Has 1–3 years of relevant experience in advocacy, communications, or public affairs, ideally with some knowledge of EU institutions and digital/education policy. 

• Communicates clearly and persuasively in English, both written and oral (other European languages are an asset). 

• Is creative and confident with digital communication tools and social media. 

• Is proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. 

• Is a team player who thrives in a collaborative, multicultural environment. 

 

Contract and Growth Opportunities

This is a Contrat d’Immersion Professionnelle for 6 months, with the possibility of renewal. You’ll receive a monthly allowance of €1,035.20 and work from our Brussels office located in the European Quarter, with some flexibility for remote work based on business needs. 

At All Digital, your growth is our priority. Reporting directly to the Head of Communications, you’ll receive dedicated mentorship to help you develop professionally and prepare for a potential full-time role within our organisation. As our initiatives and team expand, we aim to provide more opportunities for motivated professionals to grow with us.
