The Information Society Development Foundation (FRSI) is organizing a series of regional Tech Fora 3.0 to provide information on ICT to the local communities’ key actors. The first one will take place on October 16th in Gdynia (Poland)

The fora are part of FRSI’s “New Technologies Locally” program, that will broaden the knowledge & skills of nongovernmental organizations’ employees and activists in the practical use of modern information and communication technologies through training, ICT guidance and small grants.
