Maïtena has a background in engineering and consulting, complemented by international experience at the World Bank and public sector roles at RATP and the French Ministry of Culture. She has also been actively engaged in social initiatives through volunteering at Secours Catholique and the Red Cross, supporting access to rights and delivering digital literacy workshops for vulnerable populations. At WeTechCare, Maïtena leads a team of 10 people, overseeing around 30 digital inclusion projects annually with public, private, and nonprofit partners. She also steers the development and international expansion of Les Bons Clics, a pedagogical platform supporting over 15,000 organizations in France and adapted for Belgium, Switzerland, and Senegal. Her career reflects a strong expertise in digital technologies, public policy design, capacity-building, and social innovation, with a specific focus on vulnerable audiences. She is committed to fostering greater digital empowerment at national, European, and international levels.
