Carles Perez is Director at NTT Data Europe & LATAM. He has 15+ years of professional experience working in the consulting business managing complex (inter)national projects in the public sector. Over the last years he has contributed to the implementation of several flagship policy initiatives orbiting around EU skills, qualifications and education/labour market. Carles is responsible for strategy and business development on Digital Labour Market & Education for International Organisations.

He brings perspectives rooted in the intersection between the (digital) labour market and the education and training sector; he is currently involved in European initiatives like ESCO, Europass, European Digital Credentials for Learning or the European Student Card.
