Telecentre-Europe members Langas i ateiti (Lithuania) & LIKTA(Latvia), together with 3 other international partners have developed 

e–GUARDIAN is a professional certification programme for educators localized for use in Lithuania, Latvia and Germany. The programme is proposed as a safe internet learning standard for Lithuanian and Latvian educational institutions and could be implemented in other EU countries.

All the training and testing materials were translated into the e-GUARDIAN partners’ languages: Latvian, German, French, Lithuanian & English. The programme is expected to be endorsed by the ECDL Foundation and to be implemented in the partner countries.
