Zoran Varga works as the Advisor for Education at the Department for Education in the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts. His main interests and expertise are labour market needs, connecting labour market and education, modernisation of vocational education for crafts, especially in the context of digital transition, as well as the implementation of partnership collaboration in education with the emphasis on digital tools and connecting science, business and labour force. Furthermore, he is currently working his PhD thesis at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Zagreb. His academic work in the broades sense deals with the implications of industrial revolutions throughout the history, which is relevant for the current state of affairs related to overall digitalisation and the current position of ICT in the contemporary society.
