She is the executive director of Centre of Technical Culture Rijeka, organization with a 30-year experience in raising digital talents, whose former users today work in some of the world-known digital companies such as Google and Microsoft. For the last 10 years, the organization is investing more resources in discovering digital talents and facilitating their development, lowering stereotypes regarding digital jobs and developing tailor-made intensive programs for junior developers, in cooperation with IT companies.
