He is the Assistant Head of the Administrative department for education, culture and sport of Varazdin County. He coordinates international cooperation, programme development in gifted education, and teacher specialisation of European Talent Centre Croatia. Since 2021, Robert Kelemen has been director of the adult education institution European Talent Centre Croatia – Centres of Excellence of Varazdin County. He is a member of the General Committee of the European Council for High Ability (ECHA) and a national delegate of the World Council for Gifted and Talented Children.
He is an ECHA (RITHA) Specialist in Gifted Education and has a Master’s Degree in Information Science. He has been exploring teaching for creativity in educational settings related to the application of information technology in education.
