Coordinator of the Digital and Innovation Hub/Project Manager
Short bio: Aladdin coordinates ALDA’s Digital & Innovation Hub, facilitating co-creation, policy dialogue, and practical tools for digital empowerment. As Projects Manager at ALDA, he designs and leads initiatives on digital inclusion, youth participation, and civic engagement. Over six years he has managed multi-country consortia under Erasmus+, Horizon Europe, and the Council of Europe, translating grassroots needs into EU-level strategies. His skill set spans consortium building, strategic communication, capacity development, and participatory facilitation. Among the projects he initiated are DigiPlay, which boosts the digital skills of grassroots sports organisations, and Digital Fitness, promoting healthy online habits among young people and other projects such as Digital Job Ready. Originally from Lebanon and now based in Hungary, Aladdin brings an intercultural lens and a passion for inclusive digital transformation.
Motivations: My motivation to join the All Digital Board grows from three convictions. First, digital inclusion is a right, not a privilege; I want to translate the lessons I see daily in local communities into bold, network-wide advocacy that ensures no learner is left behind. Second, cooperation between civil society, public authorities, and business is the only way to Scale impact; I will use my consortium-building and transnational cooperation experience to forge cross-sector alliances and unlock new funding opportunities for members. Third, youth must be central to Europe’s digital future; I will focus youth-led innovation, mentoring programmes, and accessible upskilling pathways. With an intercultural lens, hands-on project expertise, and a facilitator/trainer’s mindset, I aim to help All Digital set strategic priorities, diversify resources, and strengthen its voice in European policymaking.

Short bio: Fulvio has a Master Degree Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, he helds several technical & management positions in Manufacturing and Services Industry, up to Managing Director of Iridium Italia (Telecom Italia Group). In late ‘80s he was full time Professor at the University of Rome, and in the 2000’s AGCOM Director General of Studies & Research, the Italian Authority for regulations of electronic communications. Since 2012, as a Business & Innovation Angel, he has been delivering education, strategic advisory and interim / project management of ICT-driven initiatives, including startup / SME mentoring in the digital economy paradigm. With his 45+ year telecom / ICT international market experience, prof. Ananasso is presently President of Stati Generali dell’Innovazione and Board Member of CDTI Roma. He is also ASviS National Coordinator of the UN 2030 Agenda SDG 9 (“Industry, Innovation & Infrastructures”) and Italian Management Committee Member of COST Action 23118 “Futures-Oriented Governance of Outer Space”.
Motivations: My career has been totally devoted to ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY PROJECTS and DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION. My expertise spans TECHNICAL, SOCIOECONOMIC, AND REGULATORY ASPECTS, with skills in project management / promotion, digital technologies (AI, metaverse, IoT, 5G-6G, space economy, …), innovation dissemination, e-inclusion, education, mentoring, etc. As Honorary Member of ASviS and UNINFO, I am participating to a number of normative WGs — “ICT for e-health”, “Artificial Intelligence”, “Digital Product Passport”, “Coordinating ICT-Circular Economy”. I received the BEST NATIONAL COORDINATOR PRIZES of All-Digital Weeks 2023 and 2024, with the same role of coordinating Italian All-Digital Weeks 2025. Due to my long professional career, I assume being considered a credible representative of the ‘silver economy’, senior people with consistent experience and willingness to engage in developing soft / digital skills in our Society. Strategy & Innvoation Management
Short bio: Eleni serves as Head of Communication & Strategic Partnerships, Senior Project Manager, and Lead Researcher at DAISSy Research Group of Hellenic Open University for over six years. She holds a BSc in “Political Science and Public Administration” and a MSc in “Interdisciplinary Social Science: Social Policy and Social Interventions”, complemented by certifications in, project design, management, inclusion, and equality policy planning and implementation. Her work focuses on transdisciplinary, social, educational, political, economic, and technological issues. With over 12 years of experience in project management and research across public and private sectors, she has contributed to more than 22 World Bank, U.S. donors, and European (co-)funded projects, mostly overseeing all phases. Eleni has been invited as expert to European Commission meetings, delivered keynote speeches, chaired sessions, and organized (inter)national conferences. Her scholarly contributions include book chapters, reports, scientific articles, etc. She persists as a devoted rights advocate, volunteer, and activist.
Motivations: I am deeply committed to advancing equity and diversity towards an inclusive digital realm. Throughout my professional journey, I have actively championed digital inclusion and lifelong learning, also collaborating with numerous All Digital members on European projects to cultivate inclusive digital ecosystems and bridge digital divides. As an All Digital Board Member, I aim to contribute to all strategic areas, focusing on, access and equal participation to digital, AI for all, digital well-being, and inclusive digital policy. I specifically seek to bridge Higher Education with Training & Capacity Building and strengthen the connections between Higher Education, Civil Society Organizations, NGOs, and Public Agencies, also through enhancing current and introducing new activities and projects that promote digital inclusion and participation of under-represented groups. I am dedicated to leveraging my expertise to support All Digital’s mission. Together, we can foster a more digitally empowered Europe towards a fair society for each and all.

Vice President and Co-founder
Short bio: Marianna is a digital media curator and strategist passionate about digital inclusion, cultural engagement, and empowering underrepresented voices—especially women. She co-founded Invasioni Digitali (Digital Invasions), a grassroots initiative promoting active participation in cultural heritage through digital tools and social media. With a background in pharmacy and hospitality management, Marianna brings a unique, interdisciplinary lens to digital transformation. She lectures on tourism and cultural heritage communication and Audience engagement and development and serves as Deputy Chair of All Digital, contributing to its mission of inclusive digital access across Europe. Marianna is also a member of the Europeana Network Association Management Board. She is a strong advocate for gender equity in the digital space, using her platforms to promote leadership, visibility, and opportunity for women. Her work centres on community, creativity, and building a digital future where everyone is empowered to take part.
Motivations: Curiosity and commitment to digital inclusion have shaped my work on the All Digital Board. Now, I’m running for re-election to help lead the network into its next phase. As a digital media curator, I bring a creative and critical lens to how we think about digital transformation, always with a focus on access, equity, and impact. I believe in All Digital’s vision of a society where everyone can not only navigate but shape the digital world. I’m ready to keep building that vision, collaboratively, boldly, and with purpose!

European Projects Coordinator and Content Manager in the Socio-Educational and e-Inclusion Area of Fundación Esplai
Short bio: Guillem studied Social Work at the University of Barcelona (UB) and the University of Salamanca (USAL), and holds a specialization in Coding, Robotics, and 3D Printing from UNIR. For over 20 years, he has been actively engaged in the Third Sector. His experience includes volunteering in youth associations and working in public administration as a Youth Worker in local councils across Catalonia and Castilla y León. He is a certified Youth Information Specialist and Director of Leisure Time Activities. Since 2016, he has been part of Fundación Esplai, where he currently coordinates the Digital Divide Observatory (OBD) and leads European projects and content related to socio-educational and digital inclusion. For the past five years, he has served as Vice President of Somos Digital, the Spanish network of digital competence centres. His work bridges social action, youth participation, and digital empowerment at both national and European levels.
Motivations: I am excited to present my candidacy for the All Digital Board, motivated by a strong belief in the network’s mission and the strategic goals set for 2022–2027. As a representative of Fundación Esplai, a committed member of All Digital, I bring years of experience in promoting digital inclusion, youth empowerment, and innovation through technology. Fundación Esplai has actively contributed to the network’s initiatives and shares a deep alignment with the vision of building a digitally empowered and inclusive society. I believe in the strength of collective intelligence, cooperation, and network-based work to achieve systemic impact. I am eager to contribute to this new phase of growth, supporting the organization in advancing digital competences, fostering social cohesion, and ensuring that no one is left behind in the digital transition. Short bio: Miomir is a leader in media, video production, and digital literacy, dedicated to advancing innovative education and empowering citizens worldwide. As the founder and president of the Media Education Centre (consultative status with the UN ECOSOC), Miomir has pioneered global initiatives integrating generative AI, animation, gamification, digital, and media literacy. His contributions as director, scriptwriter, and cinematographer include a distinguished portfolio of documentaries, educational films, and multimedia productions. Executive Director of the World Summit on Media for Youth and the Danube Peace Boat E.U.R.O.P.E., Miomir has driven projects that leverage media as tools for social change. He has led international collaborations, including AGORA and Kids for Kids, and represents MEC at high-level UN forums. Through initiatives like Place Standard Tool, BRIDGES, INFOLAB, and EduGame, Miomir continues to innovate in media-digital creation, harnessing animation and generative AI to shape the future of education and socially responsible digital transformation.
Motivations: I am deeply inspired by All Digital’s mission to empower Europeans with the digital skills essential for inclusion and opportunity in the modern world. Throughout my career, I have championed innovative education and media literacy, leading global projects that integrate digital tools like generative AI, animation, and gamification to inspire lifelong learning and social change. As founder of the Media Education Centre, I have collaborated with organisations and leaders to support equitable access to education, representing these values at high-level international forums. If selected, I will proudly serve as the first Board Member from a non-EU country and bring a unique perspective rooted in Serbia’s position within the Western Balkans. One of my core motivations is to strengthen All Digital’s reach by engaging Western Balkans, Balkans, and neighbouring countries, fostering collaboration, and expanding digital inclusion across the region. Together, we can shape a transformative future for all Europeans.

Short bio: Graduated as Cultural Scientist and Media Consultant, Katrin has developed her profession and expertise within the field of the promotion of media education and digital transformation. Since 2009 she is involved in promoting digital skills for children, youth, adults and elderlies to fulfil the aims of different NGOs situated in Berlin, Germany. Meanwhile her expertise covers the development of European, national, and regional projects including campaigning, trainings or educational material for multiple target groups. She is developing and realizing target group-oriented activities for public relation and stakeholder involvement. She is an active representative of Helliwood media & education in the All Digital cosmos for more than 6 years. In 2020 she was part of the organizational committee to install the All Digital summit as hybrid event in Berlin
Motivations: For years, Katrin has passionately dedicated herself to closing the digital gap in intercultural projects and activities. As a coordinator, she has spearheaded vital initiatives aimed at advancing media literacy throughout Europe and Germany. Her journey began with her groundbreaking diploma thesis in Media Consulting back in 2008, where she delved into digital services for elderly individuals, sparking her enduring commitment to translating the digital revolution for marginalized communities. With a profound motivation to champion digital inclusion, Katrin tirelessly advocates for understanding and accessibility across various political spheres. Her efforts extend beyond formal education, embracing non-formal and extracurricular learning avenues, and she remains at the forefront of adapting to emerging digital technologies such as AI.
As a representative of Helliwood media & education at fjs e.V., she amplifies the voices of training providers, advocating for comprehensive support for both educators and students.

Short bio: Maïtena has a background in engineering and consulting, complemented by international experience at the World Bank and public sector roles at RATP and the French Ministry of Culture. She has also been actively engaged in social initiatives through volunteering at Secours Catholique and the Red Cross, supporting access to rights and delivering digital literacy workshops for vulnerable populations. At WeTechCare, Maïtena leads a team of 10 people, overseeing around 30 digital inclusion projects annually with public, private, and nonprofit partners. She also steers the development and international expansion of Les Bons Clics, a pedagogical platform supporting over 15,000 organizations in France and adapted for Belgium, Switzerland, and Senegal. Her career reflects a strong expertise in digital technologies, public policy design, capacity-building, and social innovation, with a specific focus on vulnerable audiences. She is committed to fostering greater digital empowerment at national, European, and international levels.
Motivations: Maïtena seeks to join the All Digital Board to support the organisation’s strategic development and the consolidation of a European response to digital exclusion. She brings extensive experience in the design, implementation, and evaluation of large-scale digital inclusion programmes, particularly in the areas of employment, financial inclusion, and e-health. Through her leadership at WeTechCare, she has contributed to structuring operational ecosystems involving public, private, and nonprofit actors. Maïtena would bring to the Board a field-based perspective combined with strategic insight, aiming to strengthen All Digital’s advocacy, capacity-building, and knowledge-sharing activities across Europe. She is committed to supporting the growth of a strong European network, fostering collaboration and sharing best practices to reduce the digital divide. She is eager to be a part of the collective efforts to bridge sustainably the digital gap.

Short bio: M.A. in “Publishing, Media and Journalism”, I have been working for more than 15 years as a project manager in the framework of various financing instruments of the European Commission, with a particular focus on digital and social innovation. To do my job in the best way, 12 years ago I founded the European Grants International Academy Srl, a training agency in the VET and Adult education sector and a consultancy company in European projects design and implementation. Sociologist and communicator, I deeply believe in transformative social change! For this reason, nine years ago, I’ve been captured by the magic world of Hackathons and I’ve launched the first Social Hackathon Umbria, a 48-hour digital marathon for the co-creation of innovative solutions aimed at solving different societal challenges.
Motivations: After three mandates on the Board of All Digital, two of which I had the honour to serve as Chair, I remain deeply committed to our mission of empowering citizens and organisations through digital skills and inclusion. Over the years, I have contributed to strategic growth, strengthened partnerships, and supported the network through pivotal transitions. I am proud of the progress we’ve made together, but I also see the evolving digital landscape bringing new challenges and opportunities. With experience, continuity, and a collaborative mindset, I am ready to keep contributing to the Board’s effectiveness, ensure strong governance, and help steer All Digital toward an even more impactful future. I believe in the power of this network and the importance of our shared work! This is why I am standing again, with renewed energy and commitment to serve our members and amplify their voices at European and international levels.

Chief Executive Officer
Short bio: Throughout her career, Iva has been pursuing activities focusing on social and economic integration and empowerment using digital technology. She has worked in public administration at EU, national and regional level, as well as in the non-profit and business sectors in Europe, Asia and the United States. Having worked in EPMA between 2010 and 2015 as a project and communications manager and serving in various NGOs – including All Digital (2016-2018) – focused on digital in the few years since, Iva has returned to EPMA in early 2018, where has taken on the position of its CEO. Since 2021, Iva has been serving on the Board of All Digital. EPMA has also organized the 2022 All Digital Summit in Prague. Iva also continues to take on short term assignments for the European Commission as an independent expert and she consults for SMEs and the public sector. She is also a published author.
Motivations: Possibility to learn should be an integral part of every person’s life. Digitalization of society, of each person’s life, is here to stay. Facing hurdles in these aspects leads to gaps, struggles and general disadvantages. I have always been strong believer in equity and equality, in rights of the individual and the group. Over time, I have come to believe that All Digital is the organization that effectively promotes these beliefs and efforts. And I want to continue being a part of that. I believe that my local knowledge and long-term experience in a number of countries combined with being familiar with All Digital (former employee and member of All Digital Board since 2021) and the ins and outs of Brussels (work for the EC), make me a valuable addition to the great work already done by the Board and the staff of All Digital as well as the network as a whole.
