As Deputy Head of Projects at All Digital, Martina manages EU-funded projects that support digital skills development and promote equitable digital access. In addition to coordinating project implementation, she contributes to the overall management of the projects team and ensures alignment with strategic goals. Before joining All Digital, she gained extensive experience managing international projects focused on digital inclusion across Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa. Her work spans the nonprofit, public, and institutional sectors, with a particular focus on fostering social inclusion and strengthening dialogue between civil society organizations and EU institutions. Moreover, she has regularly been engaged in policy discussions and policy trends monitoring to ensure that projects remained relevant and impactful within broader digital strategies. She holds a Master of Science in International Social and Public Policy from the London School of Economics, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from the University of Trieste. She has lived, studied, and worked in four countries, bringing an international perspective to her work.
