Federica Taeko Centra joined ALL DIGITAL in November 2019 as intern to support the Fundraising area and explore the benefits and opportunities created by digital transformation.
During her studies in Modern Humanities, she became passionate about cultural management, developing a particular interest in policies and projects aimed at linking culture and social fields, training, and innovation in favour of territorial development. She continued her studies at the Ca ’Foscari University in Venice, where she attended the professional Master’s in “Creative Development and Management of Cultural Activities”. For two years, she oversaw EU funding programmes focusing on the cultural and educational sectors, constantly conducting activities of research to design concrete practices that produce sustainable and innovative cultural changes.
Convinced that the enhancement of digital skills is a crucial policy to promote the employment and the development of people, communities, organizations and cities, she wants to examine the world of digital transformation first-hand, in order to obtain the fundamental skills to become the protagonist of an innovation process aimed at generating new ideas and creating social value for the community.
