Alex is Events Manager at All Digital, where he leads the coordination and delivery of All Digital’s main events that promote digital inclusion and cooperation across Europe.

He coordinates the full event process, from programme design and logistics to communications, promotion, and post-event evaluation. Working closely with the communications, projects, and membership teams, Alex ensures that each event runs smoothly and supports All Digital’s mission.

Alex joined All Digital in April 2025 as Project Development Junior Manager, supporting the preparation of EU project proposals and the identification of funding opportunities in areas such as digital inclusion, adult learning, and skills development. In September, he transitioned into his current role as Events Manager, bringing his communication skills into a strategic and operational event focused position.

He holds a Master’s degree in International Communication from the Netherlands and a Bachelor’s degree in International Trade from Portugal. He speaks Portuguese, English, and Spanish, and enjoys learning words from different languages and cultures.
