Your Role

As the Membership Junior Manager, you will help shape and grow All Digital’s community of 120+ member organisations. You will connect with members across Europe, strengthen their engagement, and make sure they gain real value from being part of our network. Working closely with the CEO and senior team, you will learn every aspect of community and membership management – from onboarding and communication to engagement and retention.

You will:

• Take full ownership of our membership community, building trust and long-term relationships.

• Keep members active and connected through calls, visits, and regular updates. 

• Lead the Members’ Forum: monitor discussions and launch initiatives that make it lively and useful. 

• Develop and run activities that strengthen the sense of community – from Members Talks and online meetups to the General Assembly. 

• Attract and onboard new members who share our mission on digital inclusion, ensuring they quickly see the benefits of joining. 

• Collaborate with the communications and events teams to make sure members gain visibility and value from the All Digital Summit and other initiatives. 

• Analyse feedback and propose fresh ideas to improve member experience and network impact. 

• Maintain accurate membership data and support fee tracking with the Finance team.

You will be coached directly by the Chief Executive Officer and encouraged to take initiative, propose ideas, and grow into a fully autonomous Membership Manager.

Candidate profile

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 1–3 years’ experience in community or network management, ideally in an NGO or European context. 

• Enjoys connecting with people, building trust, and turning contacts into lasting relationships. 

• Is proactive, curious, and always looking for new ways to engage and create value. 

• Communicates clearly and confidently in English (other European languages are an asset). 

• Works independently, stays organised, and keeps commitments. 

• Feels at ease with digital tools and keen to explore new ones, including AI. 

• Shares our interest in digital inclusion, learning, and European cooperation. 

• Brings energy, ideas, and a genuine interest in people.

Contract and growth opportunities

This is a Contrat d’Immersion Professionnelle for 6 months. You will receive a monthly allowance of €1,055.94 and work from our Brussels office located in the European Quarter, with some flexibility for remote work depending on business needs.

At All Digital, your growth is our priority. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll receive dedicated mentorship to help you develop professionally and prepare for a potential permanent role within our organisation. As our initiatives and team expand, we aim to provide more opportunities for motivated professionals to grow with us.
