Responsible storytelling with AI
During the webinar, we will discuss which AI tools can help with storytelling and what to look out for to ensure they are used in an ethical, transparent and responsible manner. We will examine real-life examples of storytelling in the work of libraries, other cultural institutions and non-profit organisations. Among other things, we will discuss the challenges institutions face when using generative AI tools to communicate their activities, what data storytelling is and how to transform statistics into a narrative that resonates with people, how to protect the privacy and identity of the people whose stories we wish to tell, how to create storytelling with sensitivity to the needs and concerns of others, how to protect oneself and others from manipulation and disinformation.
