E-XAM is a company whose aim is to conduct certified training and examinations in the field of Information and Communication Technologies. E-XAM have been operating in the validation and certification market since 2015, continuously developing the services they offer. Their goal is for society to improve its digital competencies, skills and knowledge. E-XAM specialize in conducting the validation and certification process of digital competencies in accordance with the Digital Competence Framework for Citizens (DigComp). In June 2023, based on the administrative decision of the Minister of Digitization, E-XAM obtained a licence to certify the market qualification “IT Competence Certificate – Basic Level”. While they offer certificates developed by external organizations, they are also working on developing their own examination system (TDCE – The Digital Competence Exam), which they plan to launch by the end of 2023, with the certification of participants planned for 2024.
