The digital skills training centres called Puntos Vuela combine its “2.0 DNA” with field implementation, coordinating 756 centres based in Andalucía and in 25 other regions.
The Andalusian Government and 8 provincial government delegations have commissioned Consorcio Puntos Vuela de Andalucía as the manager of the network, which has 800,000 users that benefit from the services offered and has generated 1,200 citizen-based innovative projects in fields such as tourism, employment, empowerment, inclusion, environment, web 2.0, sustainability, accessibility, and culture.
