Stefano is an economist who has worked in policy-oriented research, consultancy and projects on information society, e-government, digital competence development and inclusion at regional (Emilia Romagna), national (Italy) and European level. He currently collaborates with the Joint Research Centre of the EC on the European Digital Skills Certificate Feasibility study and with ALL DIGITAL in the ADA and DigCompHub projects. He is the moderator of the DigComp Community of Practice.
