Norman Röhner

Norman is All Digital’s Policy Officer since September 2021. Before, he has worked as Research Manager for a Brussels-based consultancy, where he conducted research projects on behalf of the European Commission and the European Parliament on digital, competition and Single Market issues. He has also represented European ICT SMEs in standardisation and certification matters in the capacity of Technical Program Manager, and he was a policy analyst for a think-tank promoting the adoption and use of open standards and open-source software.

Originally from a small town outside of Leipzig, Germany, he has been living in Brussels since 2017 as an enthusiastic European engaging in digital policy. He is a trained teacher of English, Maths and Physics with a keen interest in digital education and training and holds a B.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration from Hagen University in Germany. He is currently pursuing a Masters in Digital Economy and Business IT.

Norman is fluent in English and German and learning Dutch.
