Katja Aue studied ecotrophology with a focus on nutrition and consumer economics at the Christian Albrechts University in Kiel and then did her doctorate at the Technical University of Munich on the topic of “Health Behaviour: A dynamic analysis with regard to poverty and social inequality”. She has been working at the Nexus Institute since 2021. Her work focuses on qualitative and quantitative research and evaluation in the field of health promotion/public health.
