A Warsaw-based sociologist and researcher with a Master’s degree from the Institute of Applied Social Sciences at Warsaw University. She currently serves as the Program Manager for the CEE (Central and Eastern Europe) and UK regions within the Work in Tech Program at INCO. In addition to her managerial role, she also assumes the responsibilities of a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Specialist for the same program. Her professional journey spans over a decade, during which she has dedicated her expertise to various non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in Poland, making significant contributions to the sector.
