Iulian Coman is currently training officer – seconded national expert at the European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Training (CEPOL) from ‘Alexandru Ioan Cuza’ Police Academy Bucharest, with a broad experience in law enforcement training, international cooperation, public relations and analysis.
He is an event organizer, speaker in international conferences and he does research in cybersecurity issues, law enforcement cooperation and cross border crimes, with many published scientific articles.
Formerly a border police investigator dealing with cross-border criminality at the Romanian Coast Guard, international relations officer, trainer, spokesperson and PhD candidate in public order and national security with the ‘Alexandru Ioan Cuza’ Police Academy Bucharest.
