Inés Rey Hidalgo has BSc degree in Biology. She is the Manager of the European Projects Office of FICYT and of the Unit of Health Projects of the Regional Ministry of Health since 2008. Extensive experience in more than 15 EU Research and Innovation projects and policies. Evaluator of research and innovation projects for the Government of Asturias. Expert on co-creation methodologies for the development of Health Programmes. She is the co-leader of the three European projects EFFICHRONIC, CARE4DIABETES and IDEAHL, related to the empowerment of vulnerable population and self-management of chronic diseases. Particularly, the project IDEAHL is aimed at the development of the EU (digital)Health Literacy Strategy.
