13 Sep European Talent Centres
13 Sep, 2023
Networking is important for personal and professional growth. Understanding networks is necessary to develop network thinking as a holistic perspective. Focusing on the connections and interactions between various elements or components within a network is a principle that can be implemented in talent-support education. In 2015, the European Council for High Ability (ECHA) adopted a novel-type network-based approach to talent support and established the European Talent Support Network (ETSN). ETSN connects institutions in roles of Talent Centers and Talent Points. There are 26 Talent Centers (21 in Europe) and nearly 500 Talent Points. In Croatia, only one institution was qualified to become a Talent Centre. It is Varaždin County’s Centers of Excellence. These lectures will present the role of ETSN, European Talent Center Croatia, as well as digital education providers’ experiences from Talent Garden (Italy) and CTC Rijeka (Croatia).
