This workshop focuses on how to stay safe online. We’ll discuss potential risks and ways to protect yourself from them. Practical examples and group exercises will demonstrate how to use the internet safely. We’ll also provide specific tips on how to use email, social media, and other online services securely. A key focus is on the secure handling of passwords—we’ll practice how to create and use strong passwords. If problems arise, we’ll show where and how to find help. The course raises awareness of why online safety is important. Upon completion, participants will be able to use a wide range of online services safely and responsibly.
