About All Digital 

All Digital is at the forefront of Europe’s digital transformation. A leading European association, we bring together competence centres and innovator networks across Europe to equip people with the tools and confidence to navigate the digital world and bridge the digital divide. As our organisation continues to grow, we are looking for a creative Swiss Army knife to join our Communications team. If you have a sharp eye for detail, know why JPEG and PNG are not the same thing, enjoy telling stories through visuals, and can deliver consistently, you might be the missing piece of our puzzle. 

Your role – The gig 

Content Creation: You will be filming and editing short-form reels with rapid delivery. We need trendy, engaging content that stops the scroll. 

Creative Support: You will provide essential support on visual identity projects, build logos and brand assets, ensuring everything stays on-brand. 

Template Mastery: You will create high-quality, easy-to-use templates that even the less design-savvy team members can use without breaking the aesthetic. 

Master of Decks: You will turn rough drafts into sleek, professional presentations by understanding that a good presentation is 20% text and 80% visual impact. 

Event Photography: You will be the All Digital eye on the ground at events, capturing the right shots that tell the real story of what is happening. 

Production Logistics: You will help handle the behind-the-scenes work, such as communicating with suppliers and printers to get materials produced. 

You will report to the Senior Creative Producer and receive close coaching in the role, with additional guidance and input from the CEO. 

Your profile – The toolkit 

Graphic Design: You are comfortable working with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign. Knowledge of Affinity is a bonus. 

Video Editing: You work confidently with DaVinci Resolve and CapCut. Experience with Adobe After Effects is a plus. 

Creative AI: You have experience with tools such as Midjourney or Nanobanana, not to replace design, but to push original ideas further and improve content quality. 

Bonus: If you also know your way around WordPress website management, you are exactly who we are looking for. 

Your competences – The vibe check 

A Storyteller: You do not use transitions for the sake of it. You understand pacing, mood, and how to tell a story through visuals. 

Organised and Flexible: You manage your time well and can adapt quickly when plans change at short notice. 

Bonus: You will fit right in if you have traditional drawing skills, an appreciation for 2000s music, and a solid collection of The Office GIFs for internal chats. 

Contract and Growth Opportunities 

This is a Contrat d’Immersion Professionnelle for 6 months, with the possibility of renewal. You’ll receive a monthly allowance of €1,077 and work from our Brussels office located in the European Quarter, with some flexibility for remote work based on business needs.
