All Digital is at the forefront of Europe’s digital transformation. A leading European association, we bring together competence centres and innovator networks across Europe to equip people with the tools and confidence to navigate the digital world and bridge the digital divide. As our events series continues to grow, we are opening a new trainee position to strengthen our Communications team and support the delivery of flagship European events. 

Your Role 

As Junior Event Manager, you will: 

• Contribute to event strategy: Support the Events Manager in shaping event concepts, formats, and timelines, and in translating strategic objectives into concrete actions. 

• Support event organisation: Assist in the preparation and delivery of flagship events such as All Digital Weeks, All Digital Summit, and policy events. 

• Coordinate logistics: Support speaker follow-up, participant registrations, venues, suppliers, catering, and technical services. 

• Contribute to promotion: Assist with event-related communication actions in coordination with the communications team. 

• Support project events: Help project teams organise events in line with All Digital standards and processes. 

• Monitor and report: Collect participant data and feedback and contribute to event reporting and impact assessment. 

• Use tools efficiently: Support the use and improvement of event management tools and internal processes. 

• Work across teams: Collaborate closely with communications, project, and membership colleagues. 

You will report to the Events Manager and receive close coaching in the role, with additional guidance and input from the CEO. 

Candidate Profile 

We’re looking for someone who: 

• Is motivated by event organisation and European-level activities. 

• Has a first experience or strong interest in events, communications, or project coordination. 

• Is proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. 

• Communicates clearly in English, both written and oral. Other European languages are an asset. 

• Is comfortable with digital tools and eager to learn new platforms. 

• Is a team player who thrives in a collaborative, multicultural environment. 

• Is curious, proactive, and willing to learn through hands-on experience. 

Contract and Growth Opportunities 

This is a Contrat d’Immersion Professionnelle for 6 months, with the possibility of renewal. You’ll receive a monthly allowance of €1,077 and work from our Brussels office located in the European Quarter, with some flexibility for remote work based on business needs.

Depending on performance, organisational needs, and opportunities, the position may open pathways for future roles within All Digital.
