Alex joined ALL DIGITAL in April 2025 as Project Development Junior Manager. He supports the design and coordination of EU-funded initiatives, contributing to the preparation of project proposals, the management of development processes, and the identification of funding opportunities in the fields of digital inclusion, adult learning, and skills development.

Alex holds a Master’s Degree in International Communication from the Netherlands and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade from Portugal. He speaks English and Spanish fluently, knows a little bit of Dutch, and enjoys picking up words from many other languages.

With a background in international communication, Alex is driven by the desire to help shape a more inclusive and digitally skilled future for European citizens. His expertise lies in strategic communication, and he brings to his role a solid understanding of how narratives and messaging can support successful projects and meaningful change.
