European Information Society Conference 2012

12 Oct, 2012

On November 12-14, 2012 the European Information Society Conference (EISCO) will take place in Guimarães, Portugal.

The EISCO conferences have become a major event for politicians and decision makers, public servants and experts working on the local or regional level, offering them an excellent opportunity to discuss e-Government and Information Society strategies, exchange experiences and best practices with around 400 other participants on each occasion.

This year, EISCO wants to demonstrate ways, in which Digital Local Agenda can have an impact towards open government and can benefit citizens, thus playing a relevant role in the implementation of the EU2020 Strategy at a local level.
